  1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).


 

  1. Sustainable Print-on-Demand Model

GRAYMAZE practices sustainable, made-to-order manufacturing. Every item ordered is custom-printed specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. Because products are custom manufactured upon order, our policies on cancellations and returns are strict.

  1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our automated print-on-demand fulfillment process, orders are immediately sent into our production queue.

  • No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Address Changes: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot guarantee address updates once an order has entered production.

  1. Returns & Size Exchanges

We provide detailed size charts on every product page to assist you in selecting the proper fit.

  • Customer Preference Exchanges: If the delivered item matches the measurements on our official size chart, but you wish to change the size for personal preference, you (the customer) are responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping, the cost of manufacturing a new garment, and re-shipping fees.

  • Color & Design Changes: We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, or design choices once the order is placed.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, print flaw, or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at graymaze.contact@gmail.com with photo/video proof (including an unboxing video). Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement.

  1. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept online prepaid payments only through secure third-party payment gateways integrated into our storefront.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout and are subject to courier service delays beyond our direct control.

  • Delivery attempts made by logistics partners are deemed final. If a package is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional re-shipping charges will apply to dispatch the item again.

  1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All content on this website—including brand logos, product graphics, designs, images, typography, and text—is the exclusive property of GRAYMAZE. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material on this site without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall GRAYMAZE, its operators, partners, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.
